The Kobe Toyopet Motorsports team is not large by any means, but what they lack in funds, they make up for in grit. An organization very much in it's infancy, it got it's start with the Toyota Gazoo Racing 86 Series and Super Taikyu, with respectible results in both series. With making the splash into Super Formula, it helps to have drivers that bring money with them, such as driver Hiraoka Kin with the All Nippon Airways (ANA) sponsor, it hopes to make a decent-seized mark their first time out in the series.

Since the livery features an airline, and to keep with the flowing nature of air travel, more subtle flowing lines below the more sharper shapes and colors of the company. The company slogan 'Inspiration of Japan' is placed on the airbox pointed upward as well as below a lighter blue, in order to signify air travel, safety and speed while flying on their planes!
